Electrical Engineer graduated from Saskatchewan Technical Institute in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1970.
He has 30 years of experience in the poultry industry, 8 of which he worked with Shenandoah Manufacturing, developer of the ULTRA-RAY radiation brooder, the most efficient in the industry, in whose design and development Lockinger played an important role.
In addition to continuing to be part of the controlled environment systems design and research team at CHORE TIME. Lockinger is now a consultant for Latin America for this same company and works on ventilation of this type in tropical climates.
Due to his level of specialization, Mr. Lockinger is one of the people who together with other experts from the scientific community are researching the application of controlled environment systems.
