Eduardo Cervantes es ingeniero industrial, por la Universidad del Norte en Colombia, con más de 44 años de experiencia en procesamiento de pollos y áreas afines. Asimismo, estos últimos 23 años ha focalizado su carrera en consultorías para mejorar la productividad, en términos de calidad, rendimiento y gastos. En gran medida, el experto se centra en la microgrestión para reducir el desperdicio integral con innovación.

Además, Cervantes ha sido autor de numerosas publicaciones científicas referentes de la industria sobre procesamiento de pollos.

Edgar Orlando Oviedo-Rondon – Director técnico de la Sala de Pollos

El Dr. Edgar O. Oviedo Rondón es médico veterinario zootecnista, por la Universidad del Tolima en Colombia, y obtuvo su Maestría en Nutrición y Producción Animal en la Universidad Estatal de Maringá en el Brasil, y PhD. en Ciencias Avícolas en la Universidad de Arkansas. Además, en 2018 obtuvo un Máster in Business Administration en North Carolina State University, especializandose en Supply Chain Management and Decision Making.

Por este motivo, Oviedo tiene una amplia experiencia en la industria avícola como veterinario, nutricionista, agente de extensión y consultor internacional.
