He was Secretary of ALA in the period 2017-2019, Coordinator of the Latin American Poultry Institute from 2019 to date and Head of Eggcelente Consulting, a poultry business solutions consultant.
Responsible for the marketing and communication management of the Egg Campaigns in Argentina that managed to grow from 2003 to date, from 129 eggs to 322. For such campaigns have received 11 Golden Eggs.
Distinguished by the Latin American Poultry Association as Outstanding Poultry Farmer of Argentina at the OVUM in Lima 2019.
Gonzalo Moreno
Gonzalo Moreno Gómez is the Executive President of the National Federation of Poultry Farmers of Colombia, Fenavi, the only representative guild of the Colombian poultry sector.
Colombian poultry sector, a position he assumed in August 2018.
He has served as Secretary General of the Colombian Association of Flower Exporters (Asocolflores). He has been a consultant in law and public policies for companies, guilds and governments. He is also currently a professor of Commercial Law and Business Law at the Universidad de los Andes.
His union management has led him to be the Vice President of the Consejo Gremial Nacional (CGN) in the year 2022, he is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia (SAC) and representative of Latin America to the Executive Committee of the International Poultry Council (International Poultry Council).
Gonzalo is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Javeriana and Universidad del País Vasco de San Sebastián, Spain. He is a specialist in Commercial Law and Tax Law; Master in Private Law from Universidad de los Andes and MBA from INCAE Business School in Costa Rica.
Dra.Sulivan Alves
Technical Director of the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA) and Coordinator of the Sustainability Working Group of the World Poultry Council.
Zootechnician and PhD in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo (USP), where she developed research in the area of animal welfare.
Besides acting institutionally and in companies of the sector, ABPA's technical director accumulates experience in the academic area as a teacher of courses in agricultural sciences and focused on agribusiness.
In 2021, Sula was chosen by Forbes as one of the 100 outstanding women in agriculture and also chosen by the Asociação Brasileira de Zootecnia (Brazilian Association of Zootechnics) among the 5 outstanding professionals of the year.

José Eduardo Dos Santos
José Eduardo dos Santos will be the Technical Director for egg production, layer rearing and rearing at LPN Congress 2023.
The specialist has a post-graduate degree in management and project development from UniFtec. He is also a technician in Administration and Information Technology, with special focus on the production and laying market, and Technical Director of egg production, rearing/ rearing.
Currently, he participates in different organizations focused on the Brazilian and international market of laying:
Member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein.

Member of the Board of Fundesa RS
Coordinator of the Alternative Egg Production Systems Certification Program.
Official delegate of the International Egg Commission and the World Egg Industry and Production Organisation.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that the expert gave a presentation on "Practical benefits of extensive experience in IV layers" during the LPN Congress 2018.
Dos Santos also presented an overview of the entire Brazilian poultry industry and the roles and responsibilities of ASGAV, the Poultry Association of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. See below for a short excerpt of the lecture:
In our participation in the LPN Congress, we will present some promotional actions, campaigns to encourage egg consumption in the summer, support for athletes, dynamic and creative videos of recipes with eggs, scope of our actions, difficulties, challenges and results, and other creative activities to increase egg consumption in Brazil.
In this way, José Eduardo dos Santos is the ideal candidate to expose the new challenges and innovations that are accompanying the current start-up market.
