Veterinary Doctor, graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Santa Fe, Argentina.

He worked for 7 years in broilers and breeders for Industrias Avícolas Sociedad Anónima, Entre Ríos, Argentina. Also, for 5 years he was an assistant professor at the Poultry Farming Department of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the National University of Entre Ríos.

Since 2018 Santiago serves as Technical Services Manager for Aviagen customers in Bolivia, Venezuela, Paraguay, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina and Uruguay.
