Dr. Juan Hernández Ripalda will speak about “Big Data in poultry: how to retrieve and productively use millions of pieces of data in poultry production” on October 25th at 8:00 a.m. in the Plenary Hall.
Currently, he is the Manager of Operations Logistics at the Bachoco Corporation, where he has been working for 29 years and is responsible for planning, programming, and control of production at the corporate level, the sale of “one day chick” and the Information System of Operations.
Originally from Celaya (Mexico), he is an Industrial Engineer specializing in Production. Master in Engineering, with a specialty in Systems Engineering. Certificate in Statistical Quality Control, Quality Engineering. He is also a Diplomate in Business Management and a Senior Member of the “Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers”.
He has been a graduate and postgraduate professor in Statistics, Operations Research, Quality Engineering and Production Systems.
