Veterinary Zootechnician and Licentiate in Veterinary Sciences from the Universidad de Concepción. Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Integrated Management of Quality, Safety, and Environment from the University of Viña del Mar. Post-graduate in Food Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and Diplomate in Quality Management and Good Agricultural Practices by the University of Talca.
He has served as Director of Quality Department and Veterinary Advice for 10 years in Agrícola Las Rastras, an outstanding company in Chile dedicated to the production of eggs with a high presence in retail. Consultant and Rapporteur of the Center for Food Safety Universidad de Talca, Chile for 3 years. Professor of internships and professional internships at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Concepción, Chile for 6 years.
He has also taught at the Animal Production and Animal Physiology professorships at Santo Tomas University, Talca, for 3 years.
He is currently responsible for Sales and Technical Services for Latin America by Lohmann Tierzucht German company dedicated to the sale of the genetics of laying poultry. An active member of AMEVEA Chile, an association that presided over the period 2013-2014 and is currently part of its board of directors as a technical director.
